About us
Aires Caseros is a restaurant and café in the heart of Salta, built on a simple idea: serving delicious, generous food at a fair price.
Regional cooking holds a special place on our menu. Empanadas, humitas, tamales and other Salta specialties share the table with meats, pastas and Argentine classics, always in generous portions. And for those who prefer to share and try a bit of everything, there are our boards — one of the house classics.
There is also a story woven into Aires Caseros. Between 1819 and 1821, this very house served as the seat of government and Hearing Hall of Martín Miguel de Güemes, hero of Argentine independence. That history remains within these walls; ours is written every day around the table.
